Willingly is in public-demo and pilot-preparation stage. This page separates what the demo does today from what must be documented and agreed before an organization brings real donor information into a live pilot.

Production donor-data processing
No production CRM integration or standard live-pilot data flow is being represented as active on this site. Those workflows will be scoped with each pilot organization before real donor information is requested.
Before real data
A live pilot begins with documentation, not an upload.
Before a pilot processes real donor information, The Fundraising Co. and the organization must agree on:
- The exact data flow: what enters Willingly, where it comes from, and where it is stored
- The service providers and subprocessors that would handle organization or donor information
- Access roles, retention, deletion, and export procedures
- The security controls and incident-notification process
- A data-processing agreement appropriate to the organization and pilot
The general site privacy policy is available at /privacy. It will be updated before a live Willingly pilot processes real donor information.
