How it runs
Six steps, and your office starts from a full draft
Continuo drafts and schedules. Your leader reads, edits, approves, and signs. You keep your own voice from the first insert to the last thank-you.
Where this stands today. Continuo ships as the November kit, and we prepare it with you by hand. The six steps below are what we are building through 2027. Founding organizations receive each one as it lands.

Touchpoints land on the moments your people already keep: the liturgical year, the school year, or your organization's own anniversaries.

Bulletin and newsletter inserts, announcements, a leader's letter, a three-part mail series, and email, written in your name and voice.

The November remembrance kit
November is when communities remember: All Souls in a parish, Veterans Day and Thanksgiving everywhere else. It is a natural month to invite people to remember the place that formed them.
Kits go out beginning October 1. Request by October 9 and we send yours within two business days, which leaves room for your bulletin or newsletter deadline and for the checks inside.
If November is too soon, the kit includes a light path: read the announcement, put the cards out, and hold the mailing for a moment later in your year. Most organizations need a pastor, a finance council, and sometimes a chancery answer before a mailing, and that takes longer than six weeks.

Built on the Invitation Framework™: a gift remains voluntary, and your role is to extend a thoughtful invitation each person is free to answer.
- Continuo records intentions. Gifts, payments, and wills are handled by you, your foundation, and each donor's own attorney.
- The kit is yours. It arrives as Word files you keep and edit, and nothing about your people is stored with us today.
- Each solicitation letter tells people to work with their own attorney, and nothing in the kit is legal or tax advice.
- The invitation goes to the faithful and the loyal. Continuo does no wealth screening and ranks no one by net worth.

Founding organizations
Ten organizations, running this at Lent
The November kit is free to anyone who asks, this year and without conditions. The founding seats are for Lent 2027, because that is the first season a parish or school can clear its pastor, its finance council, and its diocese without rushing any of them.
We talk in January, you decide by early February, and you run the invitation properly in Lent. Founders shape the calendar packs as we build them, and pay nothing through 2027 Lent. After that it carries a price, which founders see in writing before they decide. No one is billed without saying yes.
Founders report what they saw. Those who agree may have their results, without names, included in a benchmark we hope to publish, and we ask in writing first.
