How it runs

Six steps, and your office writes none of them

Continuo drafts and schedules. Your leader reads, approves, and speaks. You keep your own voice from the first insert to the last thank-you.

    Upload a directory, alumni, or donor export from the system you already use, or a spreadsheet. Years of faithful giving flag who to invite. No wealth screening.

    Touchpoints land on the moments your people already keep: the liturgical year, the school year, or your organization's own anniversaries.

    Compose

    Bulletin and newsletter inserts, announcements, a leader's letter, a three-part mail series, and email, written in your name and voice.

    One card and one form: “I have remembered you in my plans.” Each response enrolls the person in your legacy society.

The November remembrance kit

November is when communities remember: All Souls in a parish, Veterans Day and Thanksgiving everywhere else. It is a natural month to invite people to remember the place that formed them.

Request by October 16 to make most bulletin and newsletter deadlines.

Built on the Invitation Framework™: a gift remains voluntary, and your role is to extend a thoughtful invitation each person is free to answer.

  • Continuo records intentions. Gifts, payments, and wills are handled by you, your foundation, and each donor's own attorney. Donors who want a will tool are pointed to the one you already recommend.
  • Nothing it writes is legal or tax advice. Every letter points people to their attorney and your gift planning partner.
